I had a wonderful time at Minoa Palace, where the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room we chose was spacious and came with a private pool, which was such a lovely touch. However, I did find that the rooms were a bit dated and in need of some modernization. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options available every meal. Overall, it's a great spot for relaxation and family-fun.
Our stay at Minoa Palace was delightful, particularly due to the beautiful suite with a private pool and the excellent quality of food available during our six-day visit. The common areas were well-maintained, and the atmosphere during meals was enjoyable with occasional musical entertainment. However, the beach could use a bit of improvement as it had more stones than sand, and there were some issues with fluctuating water temperatures in the shower.
Our stay at Minoa Palace in Platanias was fantastic, boasting a lovely resort atmosphere and spacious accommodations. The service felt personal and attentive, with staff always eager to assist. While the location was great for relaxing, we found our room view less than ideal, looking out over bins and an electricity pole. Overall, it was a delightful experience with great dining and amenities, but the room placement could use improvement.
This hotel offers a welcoming and home-like atmosphere, with incredibly friendly staff and a diverse breakfast spread that delights every morning. The well-maintained pools and beautiful grounds contribute to a relaxed stay. However, some guests faced grievances with dining restrictions in the all-inclusive package, which can be misleading. Also, while the rooms are spacious, sound insulation could be better.
Minoa Palace was a wonderful experience, especially thanks to the attentive service and the beautiful spa. The food was diverse and delicious, particularly at breakfast. Our room was spacious and nicely equipped, but at times it felt a bit dated. Overall, the combination of great amenities and friendly atmosphere made our stay memorable.
